Posture Exercises

These exercises include a series of STRENTHENING and MOBILITY exercises to address the key muscle groups which contribute to posture. Strengthening exercises are designed to target postural muscle groups (phasic muscles) which contribute to correct posture, while mobility exercises target static muscles (tonic muscles) which become shortened and tight due to overuse and repetitive static postures.

The exercises can be used as a stand-alone Postural Improvement Program or as part of a specific Rehabilitation Program as prescribed by your practitioner.
